Make the first bite of every meal the healthiest item on the plate.

 If you have carrots, french fries, and a burger, bite a carrot first. This will make you enjoy the taste of carrots, because the first bites taste best. Hunger is the best sauce, so if the first bite is a carrot it should taste good.

It could also be fruit, or whatever is healthy.

In fact, if your meal has nothing healthy, just put one bites worth of healthy food on the plate and eat that first. Eventually you'll prefer to eat healthy things and seek them out.
